EasyBiz (“we”) provides shop software for businesses in Kenya. This page explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account details you submit (name, email, phone/WhatsApp, shop name, industry, address).
- Shop operational data you choose to store or back up (sales, stock, staff roles, and related records).
- Basic technical logs needed to keep the service secure and running.
How we use it
- To review early-access requests and create your shop account.
- To provide the product, optional backup, and support (including WhatsApp).
- To improve reliability and prevent abuse.
Where data lives
Day-to-day selling is designed to run on your devices first. If you enable cloud backup, a copy of selected shop data is stored with your account so you can restore or view it remotely.
Payments
M-Pesa and other payments settle to your till or paybill. EasyBiz records payment methods for your reporting — we do not take custody of customer payment funds.
Sharing
We do not sell your shop data. We may use trusted processors (for example email delivery or hosting) solely to operate EasyBiz.
