Early access
EasyBiz is currently offered as early access. Features may change. Pricing after early access will be communicated before you are charged.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate shop and contact details.
- Keep staff PINs and login credentials secure.
- Use the software only for lawful business operations.
- Ensure M-Pesa and other payment details you enter belong to your business.
Our service
We aim for reliable software and timely support, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. You should keep your own records of sales and stock as needed for your business.
Data
You own your shop data. Our handling of personal and shop data is described in the Privacy page.
Accounts
We may approve, pause, or decline early-access requests at our discretion (for example to prevent abuse).
